Privacy Statement: H2AU requires a signed agreement prior to the start of any and all services. This agreement will outline in detail the scope of the services performed. Together we will review in detail the entire contract to ensure a clear understanding of all expectations on both of our parts.

This contact will also state that I work as an independent contractor and that I am not an employee. H2AU will never at anytime or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use, divulge, disclose, exchange or communicate your telephone number, address, e-mail address to any third-party without prior written approval. We will protect your information and treat it “strictly confidential”.

H2AU does not provide long-term contracts or any hidden fees

Emergency and Rush Projects: If you have a project that needs to be completed outside of normal business hours, holidays or weekends there will be additional fees that will be based on the time needed to complete the project and the expected turn-around time. Please contact your virtual assistant for more details.

Estimates: Estimates are given on the bases that the potential client gives. The client will be charged for the actual time spent on the project and for any expenses incurred. Expenses are added to the invoice. Expenses are items such as purchases made on your behalf, travel expenses; prices will not be marked up. What we spend is what you pay.
